New Article

I just wrote an article on the top 8 Insider Secrets for Choosing a Tampa property management company. This was a bit of an ordeal writing this article. I must have went through about 10 revisions. The final article seems pretty good. Can you guys look it over and let me know what you think? I will post on this site once I get some feedback.

My favorite part is the section on Advertising Fees. I could not believe property managers actually have the balls to charge $750 extra to advertise the rental property.
